With over 8 years of experience in human resources, Tiffany has dedicated her career to helping businesses optimize their workforce through strategic planning, data-driven insights, and HR best practices. Tiffany holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Management and specializes in talent acquisition/recruitment, payroll, workforce planning, employee relations, data analytics, diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI), employment law, salary negotiation, and HR strategy development.

Tiffany’s experience spans 7+ years in start-ups and 2+ years in corporate environments, giving her a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities businesses face at different stages of growth. Whether it’s building HR functions from the ground up, refining existing strategies, or leveraging analytics to drive workforce success, Tiffany is passionate about helping organizations create sustainable, high-performing teams.
